I completed my 2nd project hiring Premier Roofing Services this fall. My first experience with this company was a complete tear off and replacement roof in a 2 story residential home. They used top quality products from sheathing to roofing material, provided a great ventilation system and completed the re-roof timely. They were diligent making sure the jobsite was clean each day before they left. The roof looks great and their pricing reflected what the approximate cost should be in today’s market; instead of other wildly overpriced bids I had received from other roofing contractors. The recent project they just completed this fall was for a silicone roof coating to a flat roof that has ponding in the rainy season. The challenge here was supply chain shortages, which with their diligence they were able to locate the product, have it shipped here and have the roof promptly completed before the change in weather. They also were able to find where a leak was coming from on a third roof where I had been trying to find this spot for 2 years now! They repaired it as well. I highly recommend Premier Roofing Services and will certainly hire them again in the future.
